Meeting of Algoma Presbytery February 24 and 25, 2012

The next meeting of the full court of Algoma Presbytery is February 24 and 25, 2012 at John Wesley United Church in Sault Ste. Marie.
Attached are the agenda, the November 2011 Presbytery minutes, and for information only, the October Presbytery Executive minutes.
Please note the following:
-If your committee would like to meet at 4:00, please let me know so that I can arrange space.
-If you have a motion to bring, please send the text in advance so that it can be prepared for projection.
-The church records to be examined this time are Bruce Mines/Desbarats and Goulais.
-Please bring two copies of your Pastoral Charge Annual Reports.
-If your pastoral charge has had its Annual Meeting, and you are stepping down as Presbytery Representative for your congregation, please either pass along this information or let me know who your new rep. will be so that I can add them to the distribution list.
Hope you've had a chance to read the information on Remit 6A, B and C that Rev. Nancy Ferguson sent out a couple of weeks ago; we will be voting on Saturday morning.
And finally, please let me know if you are unable to attend the meeting and/or if you will NOT be eating with the group. Many thanks for your assistance with this.
